  • After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays such as Eid al-Fitr and National Day, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We work with international suppliers to bring you the best products at competitive prices.

🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

  • Some items may arrive sooner depending on supplier location.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders above a certain value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Please contact us with your order number.

  • We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

8. Split Shipments

As we operate as a dropshipping store, items may be shipped separately from different suppliers. You may receive multiple packages for a single order.
